The First Hip or High Hip is used for this category since the design is highwaisted. The First Hip is usually where the pelvic bone and lower abdomen lie, where the stomach is fullest.
Note: Certain items are stretchy hence the range of measurements in one size. Darker colors run slightly tighter due to the nature of the fabric dyeing process.

When will my orders ship out?
Once your order ships, you should receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number to let you know it’s on the way! Didn’t receive a shipment notification email yet? Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll look into it.
How long does shipping take?
The estimated shipping time for all Philippine orders are:

I’m having problems with tracking! Can you help?
Whoops! Sometimes our shipping partners take 24 to 48 hours to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, let us know at email@example.com with your order number and we’ll look into it for you!
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Once your order has been entered into the system, it can't be changed or modified. Shoot us an email with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll see what we can do!
When your package has been shipped and you've received your tracking number, you can no longer cancel your order. Kindly triple check your order and all necessary details before checking out!
How can I cancel my order?
Please contact us at email@example.com with your order number as soon as possible and we’ll try (operative word!) to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Currently, all sales are final with the exception of mispacked or damaged items. They must be in their original condition, with hangtags in place. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed. We do not accept returns that fail to meet these requirements.
A full refund will be issued (item price excluding original shipping cost) depending on the payment option selected.
How long is the refund and return/exchange process?
Once we have your items checked in, please give us 3 to 5 business days to process your return or exchange. We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected the item/s, and confirm whether or not your return or exchange has been approved.
For exchanges, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know when your exchange is on the way.
For refunds, we’ll re-issue your payment in its original method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For credit card payments, refunds should appear on your credit card within 30 days of your request.
For GCash Payments, refunds reflect within 24 hours. Contact GCash customer service for issues.
How do I request a return or exhange?
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number if you want to schedule a pickup for the item you wish to return or exchange.
You might experience some delays on pickups due to peak seasons, office breaks.
From Metro Manila, it may take 5-7 business days for items to reach our warehouse. From other areas in Luzon, it can 7 to 9 business days/ From Visayas and Mindanao, it may be about 10 to 12 business days.
